GOTCHA relies on player trust. The app doesn't know if you actually did the dare or took the shot. You must mark cards as used yourself. If you try to cheat, your friends have permission to roast you eternally.
Cards can be played on top of each other but cannot cancel each other out unless specified. Chaos is encouraged.
You can't play two cards at once without your opponent/s having the chance to refute or play a counter card.
If you play a card and the opponent refuses to do it (rude), as punishment you get to eliminate one card from their deck.
Each card can only be played once. Cards that are shut down are eliminated from play and cannot be used again.
